Who Are We

Established in July of 2016, CrossFit Wolf King is a husband and wife owned box.  Our programming is unique in that it is designed completely in-house by coaches with many years of experience in multiple sports, competing and coaching.  At CrossFit Wolf King, we focus on the “bigger picture” and have created a program that focuses on the basic laws of strength training, while putting our bodies through the necessary adaptation phases in order to prepare ourselves for everything to come, safely and effectively.
